Preferred Providers for most insurances

At Allied Chiropractic and Massage, Dr. Luis Nicacio is a preferred provider for most health insurances and will bill your insurance for you including Group Health, Premera Blue Cross, United Heathcare, Aetna, First Choice, Cigna, Great West, Labor and Industries, automobile insurance plans and many others. A referral from your primary physician, employer or insurance plan is not required in most cases.

In addition to providing adjustments of the spine by hand, Dr. Nicacio is expert in the evaluation and manipulative treatment of extremity problems (shoulder, arm, hand, hip, leg and foot) problems.

Dr. Nicacio also performs stance and gait evaluations to determine the need for custom foot orthotics, shoes and sandals from wide variety of manufacturers for work, sport, corrective child and adult applications. Many insurance companies cover our medically necessary custom orthotics which can help correct and stabilize problems in the ankles, knees, hips and back.

Customized exercise programs individualized for your body type and daily activities are taught and performed in our rehab/exercise area.

Remember that most insurance companies do not require a referral to see your Chiropractic Doctor in most cases. As a courtesy to you, we will be happy to contact your insurance for you and provide you with a full report of your benefits and coverage information.

Our top notch, on-site licensed massage therapists are also available and accept most insurance plans including Blue Cross, Group Health and many others.
